Learning Provider CoC

You may need to use this CoC if a learner wants to undertake a learning aim with a different provider. You cannot submit this CoC with any other CoCs.

You may choose to transfer the application to another learning provider if the application is pre liability. Alternatively, you can cancel the application. If you do so, the learner will then need to submit a new application with details of the new learning provider.

1. Go to the Change of Circumstance tab and select the Learning Provider CoC.
   
   
   
   
2. Enter the new learning provider name. The system will search for possible matches across all learning providers.
   
   
3. Select the correct learning provider from the search results.
   
   
4. Select Next to complete the CoC details and submit the CoC.
